I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!

"We had an okay stay till the hotel charged us extra due to them messing up the charges upon check in. Instead of them calling Hotels.com and rectifying their mistake with them. They charged my card for incidentals and then asked me to call Hotels.com and get reimbursed for it. So I had to take time ..."
