The Spring Hill suites in Danbury was ok. Checkin was weird because as soon as we walked through the front doors, we were hit in the face with this horrible sewer smell. The staff said they couldn’t smell it but when they went outside and came back in, they smelled it. Had something to do with the control room and filters or something. Smelled like that down there the whole stay. Other than that, everything was ok.

Large rooms, nicely furnished with sofa, desk area, small kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge, 2 tvs, one for the sitting area and one for the bedroom area. Like the split bathroom. Perfect stay!

I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The hotel is consistently clean, quiet, convenient; and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Staff were generally very cordial and professional -- considering the fact that they were working double shifts over the holiday. Bathroom cleaning was marginal --especially in and around the tub. HVAC was terrible. Room temperature rose to 75 at 3am even though the thermostat was set at 67.

Springhill is a refurbished hotel that is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is efficient and helpful with dining options. Small quibble: bathroom/vanity are directly opposite the beds. Bad design choice.

The room was very clean minus a couple ewwy hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast options were lacking, just egg, baked goods, and oatmeal pretty much. Overall staff was very friendly and the place was very quiet and I would stay again.
