"It's an older property. Could use updating. Room could use a deep cleaning. Finger prints seen on all dark surfaces. Drip marks running down back of bathroom door. Room doors slam shut very loudly. I was woken at 2 am by someone's door repeatedly slamming. The parking lot is tight and unorganized. ..."
