The Villa has 2 private balconies with iconic views of Catalina island, Salt Creek Beach, Monarch Beach Golf Course, the Ritz Carlton, and the famous Waldorf Astoria Resort. Local walking or biking trails will immerse you in this picture perfect beach community. The upgraded home comes with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and hardwood floors. With 2 bedrooms featuring King and Queen beds, as well as 2.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. The living room and attic also provide additional sleeping options, particularly for those with kids! The driveway and upgraded garage allows parking for multiple vehicles (and the garage comes with an electric car charger!). All Villas within the Monarch Bay Villas community have access to the pool, spa, clubhouse, fitness room, billiards room, barbecue area, trails leading to hiking or the beach. Perfectly located within minutes from world class restaurants and shops in Laguna Beach and Dana Point. You will not find a better location if you're looking for a costal retreat.
