The large 200 foot patio and the great room both face the ocean with fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets! You can relax on the patio with a drink and WATCH THE WAVES and if you are lucky, you can see the dolphins playing in the surf. In the evening, you can watch the sunset over the ocean. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to look at available dates. The pictures here represent ”Casa Moderna“ which has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen . The unit has 1.5 baths. Our other unit in the same building VRBO 305471 has two full baths and two king beds. These two condos can be combined offering a family or friends 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All have been recently renovated and are equipped with modern furniture and original art. These downstairs units have large oceanfront patios facing North on one of the most beautiful coasts in the United States. The patio doors lead into the great room with an open kitchen and dining room. This condo has two full baths and a washer and dryer Inside the unit. It is located on the ground floor and is also accessible from the garage which makes it easy to come into the unit (especially If you are carrying suitcases, groceries or shopping bags.). There are no stairs. The unit is handicap accessible and is completely furnished with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. On thé large patio there is a large table and four chairs as well as two chaise lounges. The patio has a barbecue where you can prepare dinner or watch the sunset or, if you are lucky, see some dolphins or whales as they migrate. The unit overlooks Strands Beach . We are just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park. We are located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. Our view is fabulous. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgetable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation. You may even think you are staying at the Ritz Carlton. Please ASK ABOUT our other units and about any SPECIALS. There was no washer dryer ,we were offered to do laundry on the garage of the adjacent unit. The hot water in the shower gets cold when shower in the upper unit is being used by the owner cutting short the showering. The key to the front Sliding door does not work. The door of the master bedroom opens to the garage and cannot be locked from the outside, very insecure , if the garage door is opened by someone, gaining access to the whole unit.There were ants crawling . Got a sneak peak at the upstairs unit too! We were blown away by the view from the unit overlooking the beach from the cliff side. The walking path to the beach was within steps and made beach access so easy! The unit was great and had everything we needed for making dinners most nights and as a launching pad for our trip. Mostly we just wanted to look out at the view. Jill, the owner was super cool and accommodating and she even let us see the upstairs unit in case we wanted to come back, the view from there was even better and had a private balcony at the back as well that looked so relaxing! This condo is on a hillside that is a small nature preserve, but you could conceivably walk to marina and restaurants. The house is wonderfully well. designed and equipped and comfortable.
