Well stocked kitchen, ample towels and linen. No central heating or a/c but electric fireplace & spaceheaters kept us Comfortable when necessary. The unit is clise to Selva Rd, Vista Park promenade & the beach, but subject to occasional noise from motorcycles or cars with souped up engines racing up and down the street, but this mostly occurs mistly some nights and is offset by the fabulous lication, walking distance to Strands Beach, the Headlands Conservation Area Trails and downtown Dana Point. We loved watching for whales and dolphins nearly everyday and highly recommend this rental. ##### Judi E. This rental was absolutely perfect for us (me, my husband, and our little dog). The management service couldn't have been more helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach.
