The condo couldn’t have been better for us - the location is divine and I was even able to work from home with the built-in desk in one of the bedrooms. We spent many a happy evening and day on the patio with the fantastic view of the water. It was at least 20 degrees cooler in DP than at our home in MV, and my husband proclaimed this “the best summer of my life!” :-) I’m not sure he’ll move back to the suburbs with me after the renovations are done. Have your morning cup of coffee with a tremendous view. Wifi worked fine even with several people using it. Condo was clean and convenient to pool, trash and parking. Your are right near lots of restaurants and shopping. You need a car to easily get to places although there is bus service but I didn't use it. I would recommend it to everyone particularly since there are twin beds in one of the bedrooms...most condo rentals provide only queen beds. I love Happy Hour at Harpoon Henry's because they discount their fish and chips (mahi mahi) which are fabulous. ##### Kathy G. The location is fantastic! Right across the street from the Strand Beach parking lot with easy access to the beach, hiking trails, and the Lantern District. Super easy to get to. The sunsets are postcard worthy. The south side of the parking lot is a place where high schoolers and other young adults gather to have a good time. They are usually broken up by 10pm. It's actually rather funny to eavesdrop on them since they are not quiet. Oh, to be that age again! The check-in/out processes were very easy and the instructions were crystal clear. The property owners were great and any questions were answered very quickly. The only downside is that some items need updating. The living room furniture has seen its better days and the washer & dryer could use a refresh. Overall, our stay was great and I will be keeping this property in mind for the future when family visit! ##### Jeff B. We were very happy with our stay. It is across from the Strand Park leading down to the beach, near wonderful nature trails and close enough to walk to the Lantern District where one can enjoy a lovely lunch or pick up needed supplies. We spent many hours on the beach daily and in the evening we sat on the patio watching beautiful sunsets. The condo is very comfortable, well supplied and has large rooms. Dee, the owner, was very accessible when we needed any questions answered. We cannot thank her enough and look forward to visiting again. ##### John B. It is very close to Baby Beach, which we frequent EVERY day since we are Stand Up Paddlers (SUP). Dee's condo is always immaculate and everything necessary for a great stay. i called Dee once JUST to let her know the master toilet cycled at times and she responded immediately. Good restaurants are very close by as well as Costco. We will continue to return for the full month. Thank you, Dee. ##### Neil B. Dee was accommodating. House is outdated. Flooring kitchen and bathrooms are renovated but the furniture is old and there is an old house smell in the house.
