The unit feels clean and well maintained, and even the covered parking is a plus. It’s definitely best for one or two people, as the bathroom is in the bedroom and is relatively small. However, for a couple it’s perfect. The king size mattress is a bit softer than we typically like, but we probably like a firmer mattress than most. The ocean view from the balcony was such an extra surprise plus the trail down to the local beach which started in the neighborhood also in the gated community was so nice. I walked most of the trail everyday! The kitchen could use more silverware especially when you have company over to eat. The one bathroom is extremely tiny but that is out of the owner's control.
