Come relax in this beautiful newly remodeled studio In SoCal. This studio is attached to our main house with a separate entrance and boasts your own kitchen, bathroom, Laundry, walk-in closet, and private outdoor patio. The mid-century modern home was built in 1947 and remodeled in 2019. This property is just a block from the beach. No expense has been spared for your comfortable getaway, Purple brand luxury pillows and mattress, Ninja blender, Hexclad pans, Black-out up/down blinds and Rain shower. Enjoy your days relaxing at the many beaches Southern California has to offer and enjoy your nights taking in the beautiful sunsets at Pines Park.
