- Renovated cottage in an old barn, located in the town centre of Damvix, classified 3 stars furnished tourist accommodation.

Ground floor: living room/living room/kitchen (pellet stove), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 twin), an office (1 comb bed 80, convertible 160). Wifi. Enclosed plot of 120 m² with terrace (picnic table, barbecue, deckchairs). Public parking nearby.
Pellet stove: one bag of pellets offered, the other bags consumed are to be paid on site to the owners at cost price.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; Sheet rental €12/week; Towels €8/person.
In addition: Electric heating: general metre reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption, excess to be paid on site to the owners), Tourist tax.

Proche des canaux des Marais Poitevins pour des balades en barque dépaysantes et reposantes.Enrichissantes visites de l'abbaye de Maillezais et du parc ornithologique à proximité de la location. Le gite est impeccable ; il ne manque de rien.La propriétaire est accueillante et de bon conseil quant aux excursions.
