Weiterhin konnten wir kurze Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung machen. Auch der Ausflug mit der Fähre nach Sonderburg in Dänemark hat uns gut gefallen.Nicht ideal für Rentner ist die Tatsache, dass die Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage liegen und man nachts über eine Wendeltreppe zur Toilette im Erdgeschoß muss. ##### Jürgen H. So konnten wir die zwei Fahrräder im Schuppen nutzen. Weiterhin steht dort ein praktischer Bollerwagen, der für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr hilfreich sein kann. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, hier sind pro Woche 10 GB frei, darüber hinaus benötigtes Datenvolumen kann unkompliziert ( Email Kontakt mit Vermieter) gebucht werden. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt, es gibt im Obergeschoss praktische Einbauschränke und somit viel Stauraum. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen großen Sitzbereich mit stabilen Terrassen-Möbeln und im Garten kann Ball oder auch Strandtennis gespielt werden. Ich war mit meinen drei Kinder (11, 13 und 18 J. ) dort und für uns hat das Haus mehr als gereicht. Wir würden dieses Objekt wieder buchen. ##### Katja B. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Rad keine fünf Minuten. Nahezu Ideallage also. Etwas stören, dass in dem Gebiet gerade Reihenhäuser mit allen Bgleitgeräuschen wie verschmutzten Straßen und Lärm gebaut werden. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr gepflegt. Reizvoll die offene Decke im Obergeschoss und die sichtbaren Holzelemente im gesamten Haus. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, dass hier regelmäßig erneuert wird. Kleine abgewetzten Sofas. Die Betten sind neuwertig und rückenfreundlich. Die Ausstellung der Küche solide. Manches ist schon ein bisschen älter, aber das macht nichts, dafür gibt es eine wirklich komplette Ausstattung auch in der Küche, mit Putzmitteln usw. Die Vermieter waren auch in unserem allein schriftlichen Kontakt sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die direkte Umgebung mit vielen ähnlichen Häusern ist deshalb nicht öde, weil die ganze Anlage schon lange besteht und die Besitzer an den meisten Häusern viele individuelle Änderungen vorgenommen haben. ##### Markus Q. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die große Waschbetonterasse verspüht noch den Charme der 70 er Jahre, aber das große Ferienhausgebiet mit ca. 600 Häuschen ist schön zu gewachsen. Die Ostseeküste und die Schlei sind ein echtes Fahrradparadies. Auch der breite Strand ist hier nicht so überlaufen und nicht mit Strandkörben zugepflastert. ##### kai K. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber es war super sauber und die Lage ist sehr schön. Da der Garten komplett umzäunt ist, können die Kinder gefahrlos draußen laufen. Zum Strand sind wir immer mit den Rädern gefahren, da es für die Kinder doch etwas weit zum Laufen gewesen wäre. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die neue Dusche ist sehr schön. Im Schuppen finden sich einige Schätze für die Kinder (Käscher, Schüppen etc...) und auf der Rasenfläche hinterm Haus ist Platz zum spielen und toben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. ##### Maike N.
