Grocery 8 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 15 km, bus stop "Liane" 900 m, railway station "Mellerud Järnvägsstation" 15 km, sandy beach "Vita Sandar" 18 km, lake Teåkerssjön 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 50 m. Nearby attractions: Melleruds Museum 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vänern 20 km. Please note: fishing \[permit required\].

Modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, TV and digital TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers/WC, Sauna. Electric heating, wood heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: open gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Terrace 70 m2\. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
