"Beautiful room in a great, quiet location. Just outside if old city, but a quick, easy walk to everyone. We had a private balcony that was perfect for a little afternoon break. Marko greeted at the airport and was great fun to talk to on the drive in. We would gladly stay here again (and hope to one day)."

"It was lovely welcome from host , I love breakfast , I am vegetarian still they manage sandwich , fruit salad , omelet and ice cream . Location of property feel like you are at place of game of throne . Rooms are bit compromised but not bad . Water has small heater tank . Powerful air conditioner , Sleeping is not easy comfort but not bad .7 out of 10 thing when you choose Stay are good . Price what we paid I think every penny worth . "

"I stayed 2 nights and it’s a great location with a view. Staff are very nice and breakfast is provided at an off site location. I loved that coffee was always available in the common area, as well as a microwave. The bed was comfortable and being able to control a/c and/or open a window were great. Also this place is close to the Split bus stop for the airport. "

"Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. The balcony is very large and had some great seating to enjoy the view. The view of the town from the balcony is an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here. The walk into town is short and very picturesque. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Would love to come back one day. "

"Good location in the old town, but very hard to find (you have to go into the door of the building to be able to find any signs referring to the property name). The room was also very small, and the bathroom cramped with no railing for your hand towel. Luckily we had access to the water heater as it had been set to 80℃ making the hot water incredibly hot!"
