It’s very clean and very cute and the neighborhood felt safe. There is a play set and a very large yard in the back . My kiddo loved the front because we brought his trike and he could ride it up and down the ramp. I would say this place is kid friendly but more so for older kiddos. The living room is very cute but made me nervous with a toddler because it was so cute . Also it’s better for sitting occasionally but not really comfy lounging . However the back porch set up has a lovely couch and large hangout space if the weather is nice . I do recommend you bring bug spray though if you want to spend time outside. The check in was easy and I was able to communicate easily with the hostess. I only ran into a little hiccup when trying to get a separate receipt for reimbursement for work. When a suitable venue fell through they were able to do the ceremony in the backyard with a flower covered arch and a few friends. The house was perfect! Highly recommend it! ##### Jennifer S.
