Even so, all parking spaces may occasionally be occupied due to high traffic, but if contacted, we can always provide a resolution or alternative. • Guest Verification (Required for 18+) For security purposes, all guests aged 18+ are required to complete a quick identity verification after the reservation is confirmed. You will receive access to an external verification link once your booking is confirmed. This process is confidential and your information remains secure within our system during your active stay. Other Things to Note: The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest's expectation before, during and after they leave. • A flat $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for approved pets.
