Located in the trendy Knox Districted area of Uptown Dallas

We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center - the Klyde Warren Park which is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway - George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs

Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

Great location!

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The unit itself was nice, clean and accurately described.

Perfect for one in heart of Big D!

This cozy apartment was a perfect "home base" for my 8-day work trip to Dallas: A nice closet to hang my clothes (hangers provided); coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and small oven, wireless, a nice TV, very comfortable bed and bathroom with nice size shower! Covered, dedicated parking spot less than 2 feet from the door - and ample street parking too! The owners are very responsive and want to make sure all is perfect! Located near Knox/Henderson, the Katy Trail, Highland Park, SMU - and not too far from downtown! Starbucks and Apple Store just a few blocks away, and you can get to Northpark Mall easily, right down Central Expressway (entrance to Central just a few blocks away!)! What more could anyone want? I will definitely be back!

Is what it is

Poor communication with host they never responded ran out of tissue during my stay and the host informed that I need to go run down the cleaning lady for more tissue that may be there or not smh.. no plunder and the toilet clogs easily.. there was a giant roach in the shower and a tiny roach crawled on me whilst in bed. Ordering food and items were not easy not sure what’s wrong with the address to make it like that. The apartment stays hot the AC isn’t balanced having a light on makes it really hot inside. The upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and the house or complex next door had a lot of noise coming from it as well so if your a person who enjoys quiet.. this isn’t the place for you

Perfect little studio for solo traveler!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything I needed and is close by to local dining and a quick ride to downtown. I was very comfortable in the neighborhood and surrounding area. It has covered parking for my vehicle that was right beside the door. I will stay here again the next time I visit this area. The property caretakers were very attentive. A 5 Star stay!

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting the state fair. This efficiency apartment is perfect for one. Jerry checked in by text to make sure I arrived safely and the property had no issues. I’ll stay here again when I am back in town.

This place is perfect for a single person looking for a comfortable, cozy place to stay.

While small, this place is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler for a quick night away or like me, an extended stay. I stayed for one month and was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, the overall property and how quiet is was as well. I was very comfortable. The front door leads right out to the covered parking space, which was super convenient as well. I felt really safe and the fact that everything is at your fingertips just a couple of blocks walk is a bonus, too. I was never short of something to do. I even ran on the Katy Trail many times during my stay. It's so close and this area is so "alive". The price is affordable as well. Why stay in a hotel when you can save money at this place? Loved it and I will be back!
