However, many of property’s amenities were overly worn and in poor shape. Attention to details were also lacking: clocks throughout the property were not set and the coffee maker was broken. A new one was on the front porch of the property when we arrived. Also, pest control is needed ASAP as we experienced several large spiders and roaches in the family room/bedrooms.
