The Kozy offers relaxing convenience; located only mins from downtown Dallas, this trendy apartment, is perfect for business guests, small families, or for those looking for a simple “getaway.” Designed and Furnished with our guests in mind. This apartment also features a urban simplistic zen patio, for the traveler needing to take in fresh air. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Furnished with a Plush Queen Bed, Comfortable Queen Sofa Sleeper, Laptop/office Station, Fully stocked Kitchen & Bathroom. Always fresh linens & coffee provided. For guests with little ones, we provide a Pack-in-Pack (listed as a crib).
