Stayed in the Paris room, very nice, bigger than it looked in pictures. Clean, close to Bishop arts district. Towels were kind of ratty but clean.

No coffee,no towels, no soap,no water glasses,nothing in fridge,no tv but Pluto type service. Moving quilt for blanket. No dresser or cabinet for clothes, 3 hangers in closet. Never again.

Hello bob, sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t 5 stars. We only provide the best for our guests as you can see from our previous reviews. We have coffee which is 24th available for our guests in the main lobby area, we provide water bottles ( 2 each ) free of cost and we have a water dispenser on the lobby area. We’ve smart TV in all of our rooms. You did not communicate with the staff regarding any of the issue or I assure you that we would have accommodated you, no questions. Sorry again for any inconvenience

Easy check in process. Property was near a cool area of town. Room was beautifully decorated, but wished it had a few more amenities. A USB port to charge phones would be helpful. An iron and full length mirror were two things I could have used when getting ready. It was a quick trip, so it served the purpose.

I stayed at the Bishop for two days and had a great experience. I stayed in the Mumbai and Paris room. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The rooms were decorative and the decor was great. The only reqson i did not give this place a 5 is because i do feel like the fact that there is no food available or extra amenities besides the room decreases the rating. They do provide water, tea and coffee. I also feel as though some people would like to have some more physical staff on grounds. For me that was a plus, but i could see it being a problem for others. I would definitely stay here again and plan to in the coming weeks.

Contactless worked well. TV did not work. Omar, very nice, tried to fix it. Could not. He moved me to a much bigger suite. Beautiful room. TV still did not work. Bed super comfortable. Every room a different style after a different country. Pool was freezing but beautiful. Bistro Arts District wonderful walkable neighborhood with great restaurants, shops, and more.

Great location for our needs. Comfortable accommodations. Water pressure was a bit weak and could use a towel quality upgrade, but we will definitely stay here again. Safe and clean.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the Bishop Art’s District. Great food, shopping, atmosphere, and people. First time in a staff free hotel, but they were really responsive to my text so that was great! Our room smelled of really strong cleaning products on our first night but after the smell wore off there was a mildew smell that surfaced.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Bishop Arts Hotel! The hotel lobby and room was very clean and decorated so beautifully. Staff was always available via text super promptly, location was very secure and contactless check-in and out was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

I like the hotel and the Bishop Arts area and have stayed here before. The rooms are all decorated different which make it interesting. The only thing I would suggest are some newer, whiter towels and ironing board and irons in all the rooms.I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again

I liked that it was gated, quiet and instructions for getting in were easy to follow. Arriving and finding the gate was tricky, it was easy to Lyft to the bishop arts area and downtown. I would stay again.

Hotel lost electricity on 100 degree evening
we arrived at the hotel and walked in to a nice roome well decorated clean, no staff on site at all. Within 2 hours the electricity went out in the building. There was no communication about this at all for almost an hour, The room was not tolerable due to the 100+ degree weather, we left the hotel, because, it was too important to be up for our jobs in the morning to not know when the electricity would be on. Once I was home, there was finally communication via text, that stated the power should be on by the power company within 1.5 hours. I paid $140 + dollars to stay here for 3 hours. The Text person, said they could not refund our stay, because it was booked through your site. They offered a 50% off on next visit -but not sure I would visit again with these challenges. There were no other businesses in the are or homes without electricity, not sure what the issue was, but we should have been communicated with immediately and had some type of proactive offer to make this right,

Hi Jeffery, Thank you so much for your stay with us. Unfortunately our building lost power under circumstances we could not control. We contacted the company and our only option was to wait until they were able to address the issue for the electricity to come back on. We offered a discount on your next stay as we were not in control of this electricity outage that happened that night . We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, but the electricity company was able to have the power come back within 2,5 hours. Again we thank you for your feedback and your stay with us.
