It was nice and clean, but there were some questionable types staying upstairs. The evidence for my adjective is the very noisy swat team raid, and the broken windows which occurred at 2 am. Will not stay there again. Ann

When we arrived, we were given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, we showed up to the front desk and were given a new room. The second room was dirty and the window screen seemed to have been tampered with. When checking the window, there was a piece of wood under it which was preventing it from closing. The door deadbolt did not work. At 2am someone knocked on our door, we contacted the front office people and they didn’t do anything about it. Overall 0/5!!!! NEVER STAYING AT ANY STUDIO6!! We did not receive a refund although we just stayed for the first night. Very unprofessional and unsafe area. Do not waste your money.

STAY FAR AWAY.. Front Desk lady is extremely rude
Terrible couldn’t get in the room after work for 2 nights straight. Had to wait in the car for 2-3 hours to get back in my room. When I called and complained to hotels.com and received credit they locked me out the room again and told me I had to pay a fee. When I refused they called the police. Hotels.com credited me for the stay.

Loud parking lot. At first happy about $20 security deposit as it’s less then most places but they just took it no explanation. Didn’t check out late, room wasn’t damaged in any way, I guess they just take it. Shady business practice.

The lady that worked in the daytime at the office was rude. After coming down every day for 6 days to pay for another night she told me if i stayed one more night she would have to charge me $150.00 for a room deposit, even thought i had already been paying $20.00 each night. And so on the 7th day my wife and i moved to Extended Stay America, as we still had another week before our home was ready to move into.
