I've stayed in multiple vrbo's in McKinney and this was our least favorite. We needed space to accommodate 6 adults/1 toddler so options were limited. We found more than 1 cockroach, one was extremely large, and mice droppings. My son works for a large pest control co so he knows residential/commercial pest control. He was the least pleased. I've never stayed in a vrbo that did not supply the following: kitchen hand towels (we used bath hand towel), hot pads (used bath washrags), ping pong balls, hand soap, at least 1 box of tissues. The kitchen counter did not feel clean. Had a thick film of some sort. The floors were awful. Our feet were constantly black on the bottom. Since we had to use some of the bath towels that were supplied we ran short. We did ask for more and were given a few hand towels. For future, I would suggest you leave more than 1 bath towel per guest since they are small and thin. As far as defects - the master bed frame felt like it was about to fall apart, might want to check and make sure all pieces are connected tightly. The shower curtain in the back bath was too high. After taking a shower there was water all over the floor and of course, no extra towels to clean up with. We lowered it ourselves. Also, some sort of rubber mat or hand rails for older people. Very slick shower floor. Toilet lid was loose. Unable to make the master bath tub stopper work. Had to cover with a hand towel to hold water in. Will never stay there again or recommend.
