"Easy access to the airport. Shuttle every 20 minutes makes it really convenient. We were just staying overnight after a trip to Puerto Rico as our flight arrived quite late. We needed to catch a flight the next morning. Was quite disappointed that the complimentary water jar in the lobby was empty when we got there, granted we came in around 11:00 pm. I could have used a good refreshing drink. Breakfast was a good spread, really appreciated as we did not have dinner the evening we arrived. Appreciated how quiet it was despite its close proximity to the airport. We usually choose Hyatt because it is pet friendly. Did not travel with a pet this time, but chose to stay in one anyway. "

"We are from Dallas and when we want to get away and hangout in Deep Ellum. We always stay here . Room are super nice , bed is soft. Everything is clean Nd they provide the guest with 2 free bottle waters which it’s the little things that count. "
