Step back in time into our mid-century home! 3-bed, 2-bath home restored with authentic charm located near major highways for easy access to all Arlington/Grand Prairie attractions. Only 20-min drive to Dallas and close to Six Flags, AT&T Stadium. This listing is for THE MAIN HOUSE ONLY. A separate GUESTHOUSE with private yard and entrance is also on the property, but both units are separated by a fence. Master bedroom has a 32" Smart Tv. Please read house rules before booking. 31+ day minimum stay required.

We asked our guests to be courteous with the neighbor in the guesthouse and respect quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00am
Animals of any kind are not allowed. As we have family members highly allergic we have installed high frequency animal deterrents to keep strays away.
While these are safe for humans they can disrupt normal physiology, induce seizures and cause anxiety and fear in animals.
