My friend and I stayed here mid week to catch a couple of Ranger games. We chose this property specifically because it is within easy walking distance to the stadium and it was significantly less expensive than the outrageous hotel rates in that area. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. Although the interior of the property was very clean from a superficial standpoint, both units we stayed in (we got moved partway through our stay) smelled musty. The smell in the first unit was strong and got stronger over the two days we were there until we noticed a brown liquid seeping out of the backsplash in the kitchen. It seemed to be very stagnant water which explained the musty smell. The host was excellent about immediately moving us to a different unit in the same complex and although that unit smelled significantly better it was still a bit musty. I suspect condensation from the A/C units were the culprit as it didn't rain and was very hot the entire time we were there. Overall maintenance of the units was OK but there were similar issues (such as very difficult to turn shower faucet handles) that were common to both units. My friend and I agreed we might stay here again on a guys trip if the price was right AND we didn't have our wife with us as the convenience of the location makes it hard to beat. Just don't expect anything luxury about the experience other than the excellent communication from the hosts.

Perfect Location!

The property was perfect for the proximity of purpose of our visit; which was for P!NK concert. Quiet, peaceful, and efficient, constant communication made the process seamless. Highly recommend the property, would definitely stay there again!

Host was awesome! Everything was clean and in a great location if you are attending a Cowboys game at ATT Stadium. It’s a short walk across the street. But needs newer matching towels not a green, blue, orange. The couch in living area is very old and worn out not comfortable at all. But I would definitely stay at this property again.

Location location location! If you’re a baseball or football fan and want to watch the games live like me this place is perfect. Easy walk to both stadiums and a very comfortable stay.

Walking distance to the stadium

The apartment is super cute! It was clean and the beds! Very comfortable! It was the perfect size for me and my husband, my sister brother in law and my 17yr old niece.Check in and out was easy. If I had to pick a con, it would be that the additional parking pass is only good for 24hrs. But still it’s not very expensive. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future!!

The area where the home was located is nice. Very convenient to the stadium, stores and restaurants. My only compliant would have to be bugs. We had to kill a scorpion and a water bugs. The front is nice but backyard looks unkept and the furniture is to nasty to sit on. Overall I would rate this stay a 6.5 out 10

Perfect location to enjoy games at Globe Life Field. Parking was very convenient. The apartment is comfortably furnished & relaxing. Lots of close by restaurants to chose from. The host was quickly responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend.
