The space:
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a large flat screen.
The master bath has been completely renovated with a large tub/ shower to relax and stretch out.

The living room offers a big screen television and a large couch to snuggle up and watch a movie or huddle around the couch for a sporting event of your choosing. When the evening wraps up, you have the ability to fold the couch out into a queen size bed.

The upstairs offers a game room as well as 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and large flat screen TV. The 2nd spare bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The 3rd room is an exercise/ meditation room for a quite atmosphere.

You have access to high speed internet with WIFI throughout the house. All of the televisions offer Roku and Netflix for your viewing pleasure.

In the backyard, you have a nice deck with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy nature. There is also a grill for backyard cooking.

The backyard also offers a sliding gate so you can securely park you vehicles in back. There is a 2 car garage with an additional covered car port that allows for 2 additional cars to park.

At the end of the street, you have access to a playground for the kids to play. There is also a walking and bike trail that offers 6.1 miles to enjoy a stroll with nature.

Great Weekend Stay

My family and I were in town for college graduation and this location was convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house was well-stocked with the things we needed and we even made good use of the grill. It was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay at this location again if we are in the area.

Best VRBO stay ever!

This stay is one of the best VRBO stays I’ve ever had. Communication from Greg was great and very quick. The check in process was seamless and easy, with all home info communicated adequately. The home was gorgeous, very clean, warm and inviting. It was great for family coming to town for our family reunion. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay here again!

Great location-and very well stocked. Older than it looked but well renovated. Master suite was amazing. Back yard was good but deck needs an upgrade. Lots of noise from locusts *(we were told), but probably just the time of year. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s but this one was exceptional!!! Very clean, sheets and towels smelled amazing, anything you might need was there, patio area was awesome and garage for vehicle plus a great carport. Best thing, the price can’t be beat for a home this big with sleeping for 11. Thank you Greg

Clean and Relaxing

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. Greg was a wonderful host and made the stay very personable. He responded promptly to all our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. It was my husband’s birthday and we enjoyed the collage game on the big screen TV. The back yard was private and we felt safe. Grocery stores and malls are 6 minutes away. Dallas Love airport was 25 minutes away. I look forward to staying here again. Happy Renter.

Amazing Home with Great Host!

This home was just what my family needed! The décor, space, and location made us feel at home during our week long stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our extended family lives in Grand Prairie so the location was perfect! There is an AMAZING park less than a block away for the little ones (which my son loved daily) and plenty of places for food, groceries, and shopping nearby. Byju was extremely responsive to any question or request we had and even was able to accommodate an early check-in because we had a morning flight on the arrival date. Customer service was top notch! We will definitely look to stay here each time we travel to Dallas.

This property was just beautiful. It was spacious, comfortable and the perfect size. Greg was friendly and quick with response times. The welcome packet you receive once you have booked is extremely helpful as well, especially if you’re not from the DFW. Full of places to visit, things to do, food to try! Spring Break Getaway with the Kiddos

Omg...I don't know where to begin. This was the best rental I have every been in. The property was cleaned top to bottom. It had everything a person could need. We didn't have to go to the store for nothing. There was no issues with the washer and dryer. I washed a few times. The location was great. It was close to everything we needed. The beds were nice and comfortable. The backyard was great. My husband and the kiddos enjoyed hanging out in the back yard. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends. Thank you Greg for allowing us to stay in your home. We will definitely be staying again whenever we come back. 5 Stars for sho!!!!

Very smooth transition

This property was very nice. We had all essentials supplied, and it was very close to lots of store. The beds were firm but very comfortable.It was very inviting and my kids loved it. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend it. The owners were great as well.
