"Definitely an upscale place! Excellent location for watching the Rangers & every space was beautifully design and decorated. The entire staff was amazing, super friendly & happy to help. The pool was very popular on Saturday, but still had a good vibe. The food by the pool was fantastic, but the pool restaurant could use a better system for delivering orders. People would order food at the bar, then go back to their lounge chairs or the pool and the servers had no idea where to bring the food. Many guests we talked to never got their order & had to re-order. Having a better system in place for food orders would limit frustration from guests and benefit the bartenders as well. On a hot, busy day, the lines for drinks quickly backed up when the bartenders are having to take extra time to figure out where food orders go. "

"Our stay at the Hilton Anatole was absolutely fantastic! The highlight for us was the incredible JadeWaters lazy river and water park — such a perfect mix of relaxation and fun for all ages. The lazy river was peaceful and scenic, while the water slides and splash areas kept the energy high. The staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with great amenities. The entire property felt vibrant and welcoming, and there were so many spaces to explore beyond the pool area. Whether you’re traveling with family or just looking for a getaway with a little extra excitement, I highly recommend the Hilton Anatole. We can’t wait to come back!"
