Lovely 2 bed Condo with pool near Lake Ray Hubbard

  • Home away from home. Relax and enjoy your stay. Great location near I-30, 190, and 635. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Steps away from Captain's Cove Marina on Lake Ray Hubbard.

    There are 3 smart ROKU TVs (1 in each bedroom and in living room), fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer plus 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space.

    2 beds plus 1 air mattress and 1 1/2 bathrooms. There is NO futon. There was not an option for an air mattress. 5 guests max!!

    Dallas sites, Rowlett, and Rockwall are all nearby. Lake can be seen from the property through trees on the balcony and from parking area.
    The space
    The condo is an end unit. One wall is shared with a very quiet couple. There are games and books plus 3 Smart ROKU TVs.
    Guest access
    The entire condo is for you to enjoy.
    Other things to note- Bedrooms are upstairs.
    The pool is not heated and seasonal. HOA controls opening.
