Located in a quiet, family-friendly community, it’s clean, safe, and affordable—perfect for families, small groups, or business travelers. Boat rentals are available at the Marina. The community is across from Captain's Cove Marina. The Bass Shop Pro is also nearby for outdoor enthusiasts.

    Minutes from I-30, 190, 635, shopping, dining, and Captain’s Cove Marina, with Dallas, Rowlett, and Rockwall nearby.
