We were a group of 4 and we had plenty of space to relax. There is secure parking with entry via the alleyway. It looks like a great walking neighborhood, but we did not have time to partake. There are cosmetic issues that should be addressed, like the broken curtain rod & sunken light switch in bedroom near back door, the flapper issue in main bathroom, the squeeky beds. This seems like a quick flip on this house. Attention to little details would be good. Another suggestion would be to paint address at front of house. All other accomodations were up to par.
