The people working were very accommodating when I checked in early.
Quick check in even at 8PM CST.
Room was ready and on point.
The only annoying thing was having to close the bathroom door everytime I needed to use the sink. I was disappointed that I needed to be at the airport at 5:45 AM CST and could not use the shuttle. Fortunately my husband was able to take me.
It was clean and quiet, and within walking distance to Red Lobster. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items. The shuttle to the airport was great and the driver was very friendly and helpful.
I had to book last minute from airport. The price of the rooms went up in front of me as I was trying to book. Weather had people grounded. The room key machine was broken but the staff managed to get people in rooms the line was long. My room was so fresh and clean and there was a 6 AM shuttle. I would definitely stay there again.
A/C in my room was not working well. I informed front desk she basically came up said it was fine which it was not. My son whined all night becauae it was hot.
