This hotel is a great reminder you get what you pay for. Although this hotel is half the price of the surrounding budget hotels, this hotel room had the bare minimum: Hot water to shower, towels, a functioning AC, and a comfy bed. My room had no electricity to the lights or the fan in the bathroom. Someone previously brought the desk lamp into the bathroom for light. The TV was new but was not connected to anything so you are just watching cable TV. Wifi reception was poor/non existent but that could be my room being at the end of the hall. Breakfast was pretty descent and fresh with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and other continental breakfast staples. I did not receive turndown service in my room, and my co worker said that when he did get cleaning service they accidently left the door open twice. At no point did I feel unsafe but you can definitely tell this is a cheaper hotel. The skeleton staff I did run into were very nice and helpful. It may be worth it for you to spend the extra $100 bucks to go to one of the newer nicer hotels across the street or down the block.

Overall room was good for sleeping, shower,restroom and keeping drinks cool in mini fridge. Going through renovations so it was kind of dirty. Floor molding was off, shower kept leaking, toilet was leaking on inside so it kept filling up every 20 minutes. I also had to kill a couple cockroaches too

The hotel is in a good location. Lobby had a funky smell. Our bathroom was not very clean. It looked like my 12 year old did the paint job. Tub faucet ran all night... not a drip but steady stream. Time for check out, the front desk person did not ask how our stay was at all. I asked for a receipt and said their printer was broke so no way of getting one.
