The last night was troublesome. Neighbors in apt near us were rude and inconsiderate! Early morning hours of screaming and talking,etc.

The sewage smell emanating from the bathroom plumbing is so bad, it woke me up in the middle of the night. It's the kind of inconvenience you don't expect in a four-star hotel. One of the taps was leaking. If you ask for a cab at reception, they refuse to call you one. If you ask for a cocktail at the hotel bar. You'll get a gut wrench that doesn't match what you ordered. And finally, the hamburger, whose meat is perfectly disgusting.

The Staff was horrible they charged are room for break and lunch and we did not eat I called to asked they where very rude and told us we did eat. Then i told them that we have receipts of us in Dallas during lunch time so we had proof that we did not eat so they tell us Well Some One charged it to your rooms smdh so Be careful wen staying here they let anyone Charge anything to your room ! We will never stay at Another Hilton Hotel again and we still fighting for Our money back and if we Have to take another trip to texas to get our money We Will!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was not good and the service was not the best. The hotel is dated and the elevators were not working well. The noise from the highway was non-stop all night as it sounded more like a race track than a highway. The air conditioner didn't work and my room was really warm which made sleeping difficult.

I made my reservation on Monday and checked in on a friday and the AC was broken and had been all week but no one thought it would be a good idea to let me know. I spent 2 hours in my room with it above 80 degrees thinking it would cool off. It wasn’t until I called that they told me it had been off all week and there was nothing they could do about it.

Toilet was clogged called down ask for them if they can send some one to fix it they said they couldn’t do anything about came in at 9 am almost at check out time to fix it. housekeeping knocked one time and walked into room I yelled out that we were still in room and continued to clean restroom then she walked to toward our bed and saw us and left.
