Gas Fireplace, Reclining Leather Sectional, a 70" tv, TONS of books, clean linens in the living room & 2 Xbox game consoles + deposit. Backyard includes 2 Patio Tables & Trampoline & Sprinkler for extra fun in the sun! :)
