This house was perfect for us two! It was very clean and very well equipped with just about anything you would need. Communication with the owner was great! We arrived at midnight and Aria had given us instructions on how to check in and we had no problems what so ever. Frisco is a very nice town and this house was so close to lots of shops and restaurants. I have never seen such a clean rental property. It was amazingly clean! Location was very central to all things Frisco and all things we were interested in. Linens were super clean and appear almost new. Tastefully decorated and appears many new appliances. My wife was just as impressed as me and said it was just perfect. Our 14 autistic grandson said he already missed the place halfway home. This property was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to book another stay. Communication with Aria, the host, was always easy and he was always quick to respond. Why can't all VRBO's be as amazing as this one? ##### Steve F. I wish I could say I absolutely loved this place, but there was an issue with the AC (big issue with me because I’m currently menopausal Lol). But don’t get me wrong, Aria immediately called a technician out soon after I messaged her. It was still a bit warm upstairs afterward, but tolerable, thanks to the fans she had in every room. Now, I have to say, the days we were there were very hot, over 100 degrees, which didn’t help the situation. Overall, Aria is a great host and was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.
