Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 9 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 14 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. The best part about our location is that we live near the Grand Premium Outlets, just 6 miles away!!! The outlets have fabulous designer stores where you can find all of the brands that you love!! ! Irving mall is just 7 miles away!! And you will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Target that's only 1.5 miles away or Walmart just 10 miles! Also you can find different banks just 3 miles away.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee $150 USD per pet per stay -

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

The fourth bedroom will be open up for groups of 6+ and the fifth bedroom will open up for groups of 8+ guests



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.

HOT TUB -OUT OF SERVICE-

Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



The usage of the hot tub is under the renter's own risk and responsibility.



- The landscaper will go once a week -



- Security cameras -



For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.



- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.



- This home has a garden area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest / bugs control.



- The garage is remodeled as a Media room!



- PARKING -

All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway (maximum 2 vehicles). Please make sure not to obstruct the pedestrian walkway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
