A brand new property with some bugs to work out.

While the home was sufficient we had a difficult time getting in and locking up when we left as the key pad was not working properly. Owner was very attentive and we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for her to let us in. Electrical switches in master bathroom did not work...making it impossible to blow dry hair. All the kitchen cups, glasses, were plastic, towels were cheap and small. Home is on a busy street and neighborhood dogs barked a lot. Would not stay here again.

Everything that glitters, is not gold

This property epitomizes the saying everything that glitters isn't gold. The home “looks” like the pictures but up close, it could use a refresh (ex. thorough cleaning, paint job and an exterminator - there were numerous bugs). There was also an incident with dirty sheets 🤢 The property manager was responsive (she quickly resolved a plumbing issue) but claimed ignorance about the condition of the home. Perhaps management isn't local 🤷‍♀️or hasn't personally visited the property. Anyway, the good things about this property are location, layout and did I say location?

Thoughtfully appointed

This conveniently located apartment was clean and thoughtfully appointed. Easy parking and close to the elevators. The host thought if everything you could need and was available for any questions you might have.

We loved our stay at Athena's place. It was very easily accessible, easy to check in and check out, accommodated 6 people comfortably, and was overall wonderful! It was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The property looked just as it is listed. We completely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Upstairs was my favorite. Wish I could go back😩
