The fully renovated kitchen showcases modern finishes, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar. Designed for gathering and entertaining, the open-concept layout offers seating for up to 13 guests across the kitchen nook, spacious island, and dining area.



Living & Entertainment:

The inviting living spaces are ideal for relaxing, working, or spending quality time together. Amenities include Smart TV in each bedroom and living room, large-format outdoor games suitable for guests of all ages, and private workspace.



Outdoor Living:

Enjoy a private, 8’ fully fenced backyard designed for relaxation and recreation. Outdoor features include propane fire pit with seating for six, outdoor games, outdoor string lights, and a spacious yard.
