We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. Conveniently located with easy access to US-75 Getting Around: We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car.
