We arrived after midnight. The night manager warmly greeted us, offered us candy, and gave us a bag of snacks the next morning. Our room was clean and cool. Easy to sleep soundly in despite the planes taking off nearby.

We enjoyed the pool with beautiful sunshine on our stay-day. The breakfast was a nice feature. Wish the windows didn’t seem like they were open (noisy) when they were actually closed. All in all, a good stay before our return trip home. 😃

Friendly and efficient staff. MOST AMAZING HOTEL BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Nice, clean hotel. One caveat: extensions on end of beds are definitely calf crushers. Be careful during nighttime trips to the loo.

Property well maintained. Rooms quiet except for street noises. Need double pane glass to decrease street noise. Toilet seat too low. Older guests have trouble standing up. Toilet paper holder too far behind seat. Required twisting around. Even with a few problems I would stay again at the property. Staff excellent

Great location close to the airport with friendly staff and large rooms. Buffet breakfast in the morning. No airport shuttle but an Uber was only $15.

Very tired looking decor including walls and carpets. Shower was leaking and sprayed onto the floor which caused a trip hazard. The floor needed to be thoroughly dried after taking a shower.

My plane was delayed 9 hours. I didn't check before booking that the hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle. It is about $40 one way on taxi. My room was on 1st floor facing the road, it was so noisy it felt like I am sleeping in a tent by the busy highway. My pillow was so lumpy I couldn't get comfortable. I wouldn't stay at Best Western in the future.

Loved the breakfast! Staff was friendly. Bed was large and comfortable. Some airplane noise. I would visit again. No problems. Safe environment. Family friendly.
