"First ,the people at the desk were not very helpful. One persons English was so poor we could not understand important details about the shuttle. The room was just awful. Very few lights in the room and even by the elevator! You couldnt even see!! Sub par! Does the management ever go in these rooms? I dont think so. These arent big request's either! Lights? People that can help at the desk or be understood? We were told the wrong name of the shuttle at the airport pick up. Thank goodness I called again to speak to someone different and get the correct name of the shuttle. These are not huge requests. I would not stay at this property again. I always thought LaQuinta was a pretty middle of the road property, they can do better."

"I think our stay would have been nicer if the floor our room was on didn't reek of weed. We mentioned it to the front desk and she asked maintenance to chech it out. Woke up all night to the smell. The bed was very uncomfortable! Television in the bedroom wouldn't stay connected to wifi/service. The hotel was clean as where the rooms. The staff at check in was wonerful. I do recommend coffee service in the lobby!!! The coffee in the room is not good!"

"Resort is great, friendly staff, clean rooms, water park is great, everything that you need is there. I like the most that it was not carpet in the rooms. Clean pools a lot fun stuff to do. Silent music Zumba class by the pools Relax time by the lobby. Kids enjoyed every minute there."

"As a native of Dallas, I needed to stay closer to the city for a conference and chose The Magnolia Hotel based off of the pictures and Expedia reviews. I checked in and checked out literally in 20 min, knowing I couldn't receive a refund."

"Im from Louisiana from the pictures it looked fine but the first room has baby roaches in the toliet paper and then when i went to get a room change he gave me a new roll of toilet paper. After a few minutes they finally gave me a new room and in the new room the toliet seat was nasty the shower was so dirty we showered in my slippers and well as floors coming up. As well as the day we were supposed to check-out houses keepers where banging in our door at then 9 am saying its check out time but when i asked, when is check out time she said 11 but we should check out soon. overall ive been at wayyyyyy better laquinta do not book here. ALSO THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST"
