"The staff and meals were good, and I appreciated the service overall. However, the rooms facing the roadside were extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep during my entire stay because of the constant noise. Soundproofing definitely needs to be improved."

"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

"Everything was great, but the team was the highlight of the stay. The people who greeted at the car, and then helped with luggage upon my departure, were just so wonderfully helpful and lovely!
