"The building from the outside looks like you’re in an expensive stay until you enter. Extremely old and outdated. The employees are extremely kind and informed but look unprofessional. The a/c doesn’t work in all the rooms and there is terrible water pressure in their second floor “lobby” ..."

Omni Dallas Hotel
"We were surprised by having to pay for internet. At over $300 per night, we should not have to pay to access the WiFi. I have stayed at several Omni hotels and this one seemed to be more run down and did not seem to care as much as other Omni hotels. The ladies in the gift shop were not friendly. ..."
