The free shuttle to and from DFW airport is nice. However, expect to wait a half hour for a pick up. Morning shttles to the airport run at the top of every hour. The beds and pillows are comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, request a room that does not face the expressway. We had to change our room because it was too noisy, and were very happy with our new room. The property has been freshly remodeled and the new decor is beautiful.

Unfortunately, there's still a "Leftover Room" where the deal isn't worth it. It is closest to the elevator, as well as adjacent to the housekeeping cart storage room AND under the available laundry room. Every door slam rocked the lampshades in this quaint room, where despite the strategic placement of the smallish flat screen, you have to raise the volume significantly to overcome the noisy window HVAC unit found in many motels. Basically, you leave early, come back after sundown and tolerate the louder late arrivals, as well as the party hardy folk during their time in the elevator space. A negative 5 for the room, a plus 4 for staff and all the walkable places (Red Lobster to Macy's) depending on your fitness level.

45 minute wait for a van that takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. When querying the driver he was unable to communicate in English. When asking the receptionist about it he said that all he does is text the driver and whatever happens-happens! Totally unacceptable.

Staff was rude when scheduling airport shuttle, morning shuttle was not aware that we had booked the shuttle to go back to the airport and was not prepared for us. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Room was spacious and convenient to DFW.

Hotel had a funny smell and felt super muggy everywhere. Wasn’t the cleanest place and the beds were uncomfortable. They only provide three pillows and they aren’t even full size pillows. Was okay for a one night stay before a flight out.

If there was a way to make less of an effort to provide airport transportation I can’t imagine what it would be. Multiple promises were made to be there in 5 minutes but nobody showed up. After an hour and forty minutes I took a taxi. Hotel has no smoking signs everywhere but still smells like smoke

They need to replace the desk chair in room 230 the material is coming off the chair an will ruin your clothes. I saw it at first so I just put down a towel over the chair but otherwise clean hotel white beddings

The front desk was very polite and nice when i walked in which is the only reason im giving it 3 stars. Theres no where to sit or lounge around the pool. The room i was in the carpet had this weird slightly damp feel the entire time. There was also this slightly burning smell near the elevator that persisted the entire stay. I was on the 3rd floor and you could hear every time the elevator would ding even though my room was multiple rooms down. Not sure if i would return or just choose a different hotel in the area

Needed a hotel for one night just to lay our head down. We were not sure if we could take the shuttle but called and the front desk quickly arranged a van to pick us up. Our shuttle driver Diego was amazing and found us outside the terminal and was very nice. The hotel itself had a decent breakfast and overall the quick stay was nice

There are two hotels same name just one to the north other to the south the shuttle driver didn’t let us know just confirmed name of hotel so we were placed on wrong shuttle and had to call a Uber to move to correct hotel . Hotel smelled like burning wires in the elevator and halls . We we woken in the morning by failing smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop I till maintenance came to fix it 😣

We were NOT informed that daily house keeping would not be provided. Checked in on Thursday and my room was not cleaned until Sunday. We were checking out on Monday, We had to get clean towels ourselves as housekeeping had left for the day. I had to call on an outside line to reach the front desk as they were in the back when I needed to check out to catch my flight.

The room was very dirty with trash already in the room along with the bed sheets dirty. Asked for more sheets and were given queen size for our king bed. The airport shuttle was a good amenity, but the driver and vehicle was questionable. The driver kept looking at his phone while he drove as well. Probably will find a different place next trip.

Room 230 need desk chair replaced because the material is coming off the chair and it can mess up your clothes if you sit on it . I notice that before i sat down but i use a white towel during my stay to sit in the chair

The room had bugs, dirty comforter, and toe nail clippings. I changed my room and it smelled like dirty feet and I saw candy pieces basically brushed under the bed baseboard. There was only 1 person doing check ins and it took forever. The business computer was not functioning well. Overall I will not stay here again!

I like the location. I didn't like that i was trying to check in little bit earlier due to we were there for a family funeral, i explained to the front desk associate but he didn't cared. I have staying in others hotels before they let us check in earlier but not in this location even though are traveling was not for pleasure.

This place was overall a great stay. Staff were friendly. Place was clean. Some lamps in the room didnt work and there wasn’t a vent in the bathroom. It was cloudy so we didnt get to use the pool so I can’t comment on that. But overall great price for a safe place that offers parking, breakfast, pool, shuttle, and close to stores and restaurants. Also easy on and off highways from location.
