The property was ideal. We have family in nearby Tennyson, and this was a perfect place to stay and visit. The host was very responsive, and the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Perfectly secluded

This was perfect for us. We wanted to stay close to Holiday World and Splashing Safari. We enjoyed the secluded area. The house large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we made there. Overall a nice stay, and would definitely rebook.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

It was perfect place to stay! I was able to throw a few piles in the lake and catch a few crappie and bass! The host was available for any questions I had.

This was a very beautiful lake house, it’s a nice place to find peaceful vibes and a wonderful view !!! I enjoyed myself very much so and wish I would have stayed one more day !!

Nice Place-Could use a few improvements

Ernesto was very nice and responsive. The house is nice inside and sits on a small lake in a quiet area. Issues;There were no blinds/shades at all on the bathroom window causing a lack of privacy. Also the light in the bathroom is super bright and the is no night light. There seems to be no lighting at all in front of the house outside where the car is parked and it is pitch black at night, again causing a lack of security. The "smart" thermostat was very frustrating to control and would change settings on its own. Not good. These are not major issues but should be addressed. Overall I would recommend this place.

I wouldn't change a thing except to let the guests know main door is around back and the "site" number. The "Beware of dog" sign coming up the drive is a little confusing as it says private property (which it is) however just adding those couple of details would make it perfect! Orher than that it was a beauty location and exactly as described!

Cute house and location BUTTTTTTT…..

The house is nice and the view is great but the host knew we were coming to make and have thanksgiving dinner for our family and upon trying to do so we quickly discovered that the oven did not work. He apologized for the “minor inconvenience” this caused but offered no solution. Also the hot water heater was reading an error code and we had NO hot water during our stay. When we let him know about this issue his response was well what’s wrong with it. Again offering no solutions. When we tried to get a partial refund for the issues we encountered we were offered $18 back on our $300 stay. Absolutely unacceptable and we do not recommend!
