"I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning...
