My husband and I spent a nice relaxing weekend here to celebrate our anniversary and we loved our stay! The house and property were beautiful and it was only a quick drive to local wineries and downtown. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!
The cave was AMAZING! Definitely the cutest place we have ever stayed! My boyfriend and I will absolutely be coming back here for future vacations. The craftsmanship of the cave itself is just astonishing. You can really see all the details the owners put into making it truly unique and cozy!! & even with another house on the property, there is PLENTY of trees & space between for privacy!! One thing I did not realize about this area- Stonepile Gap is a historic site where the Cherokee princess, Trahlyta, was buried and it’s literally right past the entrance to the driveway. Such a cool thing to learn about and to see! We placed our rocks on the burial site! The surround sound speakers inside AND outside of the cave was 10/10. That ended up being one of my favorite parts about the place! The view of the mountains from the hot tub, especially at sunset was also BEAUTIFUL. The waterfall shower head, the HUGE projector screen that drops down in front of the bed (the picture in the listing does it no justice. It feels like you’re in a mini movie theater) and the outside TV near the hot tub were some of my boyfriend’s favorite things about this place. It’s definitely great for football season! You can enjoy the hot tub while watching football games and also have the amazing Mountain View at the same time. Not to mention the owners were extremely helpful and replied quickly to any and all questions I had before I booked and while we stayed there. 10/10 would recommend.
