Nice easy stop over on a road trip. Clean, easy to find, good staff and good value.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with safe, fridge, iron and board, large TV, desk, coffee making facilities and bathroom. Free parking. Close to range of eateries and short drive to outlet shopping centre. Helpful staff. Good range of breakfast items which were maintained until breakfast closure at 09.30. Some road noise can be heard when sleeping but generally more in background and didn’t stop us sleeping. Would happily stay here again if had reason to be in the area.

Executive king room was lovely and spacious. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel was nice but there was no restaurant and the breakfast options were very limited. Gym OK but some equipment out of order. Staff were kind and very helpful.

Hotel is in a great location. With ample free parking. Easy walk into town. Hotel is a bit tired, but is undergoing an upgrade.

This is a lovely small hotel on the edge of Gainsville. It is quiet, clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, with hot and cold food. There is a small square nearby (200 yards walking along quiet paths) with plenty of small shops and restaurants - good for dining out without having to think of the drink/drive laws. There are also nice walks nearby, an old train to explore and lots more to do a little...

Would happily stay again

The staff were extremely helpful with this matter and had maintenance look at it. The problem still persisted but after several attempts we could access our room. The room itself was clean, though felt a little tired. We used the fridge, however by the morning everything was frozen, even after adjusting the...
