"Great location. However in springtime, there is no air conditioning so when the weather got hot and humid, there was no airflow in the room. I opened the sliding door but it can get very nosy outside from the plaza - people singing karaoke wirh loud mics plus the airplanes. I wished I had known this before booking. "

"Mountain View room is actually a view of the car park & buildings then in the distance you can see the mountain if the weathers clear!!! Great location, convenience store & coffee shop almost inside hotel so brilliant not to have to go looking around for supplies when tired. Room was a lovely surprise…… so minimalist & clean. "

"I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again."
