  • This charming lakehouse on Lake Martin is located in the quaint growing southern town of Dadeville. Close to several favorite lakefront restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Its also only 35 minutes away from Auburn, making it a perfect gameday/parents weekend lakehouse. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house sleeps 8 and has 2 additional comfy fold away beds. The open floor plan makes it perfect to enjoy time with loved ones. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the must have small appliances, cookware and dishes to prepare a yummy homecooked meal. It has a nice flat lot with 211 feet of water and stunning views. The dock has a boat slip as well as two jetski ports. The large deck are over looks the lake with a firepit, several chairs and a fun tiki hut with outdoor tv, perfect to hangout and watch the kids swim or watch your favorite game. The screened in porch is where guest love to sit back and relax while watching a stunning Lake Martin sunrise. We have thought of all the must have amenities (lilypad, kayaks, lifejackets, firepit, grill, floats) that will make your stay one to remember and want to return year after year.

It was the perfect family getaway. The listing states there are no beach towels but there are plenty available. Noting this because beach towels are bulky while packing.

Great location. Nice property for a quick getaway. We were asked to load the dishwasher, but there wasn’t any pods left, so we had to buy them. Not a big deal, just something we didn’t plan for. The outside trash bin was full at check-in, but thankfully the trash was picked up early on checkout day, so we were able to take out our trash.
