Its also only 35 minutes away from Auburn, making it a perfect gameday/parents weekend lakehouse. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house sleeps 8 and has 2 additional comfy fold away beds. The open floor plan makes it perfect to enjoy time with loved ones. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the must have small appliances, cookware and dishes to prepare a yummy homecooked meal. It has a nice flat lot with 211 feet of water and stunning views. The dock has a boat slip as well as two jetski ports. The large deck are over looks the lake with a firepit, several chairs and a fun tiki hut with outdoor tv, perfect to hangout and watch the kids swim or watch your favorite game. The screened in porch is where guest love to sit back and relax while watching a stunning Lake Martin sunrise.
